Will anything print before I have approved it?

No. Every job gets a proof at size on the chosen garment, in the ink. Production starts on the signed proof. A change after signing is a new proof, and if it moves the date we say so before we start.

What are the payment terms?

Card checkout charges the job in full — product, shipping and tax — at the moment you place it. There is no separate quote step, no deposit and no balance to chase. If your accounts-payable team needs an invoice quoting your PO number, email hello@merchfly.app and we will issue one — production starts when it is paid in full. The proof comes first either way, and nothing is decorated until you approve it.

Can you work through our supplier portal and invoice against a PO?

Yes. We register in your portal and invoice against your PO. W-9, certificate of insurance and a code-of-conduct acknowledgement are provided at onboarding. Portal registration runs on the buyer's clock, often weeks to months, so start it before the job that needs it.

Is there a minimum order?

Screen print from 12 pieces. Embroidery and direct-to-garment from one. Laser drinkware has no minimum. Signage from a single piece.

How fast is rush, really?

Screen print 3 to 5 business days. Embroidery 5 to 8. Signage same day when the proof is signed by the partner cut-off. Rush is quoted up front on a published ladder, never as a surprise on the invoice.
